Air Fryer Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground turkey – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – ½ teaspoon smoked paprika – Salt and pepper to taste – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 egg – ¼ cup breadcrumbs – Burger buns and toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and breadcrumbs.

Mix everything gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the burgers juicy and tender once cooked in the air fryer.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape them into burger patties about ½ inch thick. Place on a plate or tray for easy transfer.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for about 3–5 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 7–8 minutes, then flip and cook another 6–7 minutes until fully cooked.

Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Add cheese in the last minute if you want it melted.

Let the burgers rest briefly. Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, onion, or sauces for extra flavor.
