2 cups cooked chicken, shredded 1 ½ cups broccoli, steamed 1 cup pimiento cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup ½ cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and steamed broccoli.
Add pimiento cheese, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top of the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let it cool slightly before serving and enjoy this creamy, savory dish!
