4 Ingredient Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup butter (melted) 1/4 cup keto-friendly sweetener 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper so cookies don't stick. This also ensures even baking and easy cleanup afterward.

In a bowl, mix melted butter and sweetener. Stir until the sweetener dissolves fully. This creates a smooth, creamy base for your keto cookie dough.

Add almond flour to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until you get a thick dough. The almond flour gives structure without needing regular flour or eggs.

Fold in chocolate chips. Make sure they're evenly spread so every cookie gets some chocolatey flavor. The chips add sweetness and gooey texture.

Scoop dough into balls and place on tray. Flatten gently. Leave some space between each cookie so they don’t spread and touch while baking.

Bake for 10–12 mins until edges turn golden. Let cool on tray before eating. They firm up as they cool, giving that perfect chewy cookie texture!
