Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Ingredients:

– 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers – 1/4 cup butter, melted – 2 cups cream cheese, softened – 1 cup sugar – 2 cups whipped cream – 1 cup strawberry puree – 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

Banana Pudding Cheesecake Ingredients:

– 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers – 1/4 cup butter, melted – 2 cups cream cheese, softened – 1 cup sugar – 2 cups whipped cream – 1 cup banana puree – 1/2 cup banana slices – 1 cup vanilla pudding

Instructions

Mix wafer crumbs with melted butter. Press into a pan to form crust. Chill 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and puree until smooth.

Fold in whipped cream. Pour onto crust. Freeze 4 hours or overnight. Crush dried strawberries for topping. Spread over cheesecake.

For banana, repeat crust. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and banana puree. Add whipped cream. Spread over crust. Freeze 4 hours.

Top with pudding and banana slices. Add crushed wafers for a crunchy finish. Serve chilled for the best taste.

Let cheesecakes sit for 10 minutes before cutting for clean slices. Add whipped cream for extra flavor if desired.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. These cheesecakes are perfect for any occasion or gathering.
